When your order arrives, first try the items over your clean underwear. If they don’t fit, we will exchange them for another size or style, or you can return them for a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving your order to do either.

How to exchange products
- Condition of the products: Lingerie must be new and clean (unwashed, unworn). We cannot accept exchanges for items that do not meet this requirement.
- Fill out the exchange form where you can select the Type of Complaint Exchange:

Pack the items in the original box you received them in. You do not need to use bubble mailers or tape the package heavily. Simply seal the box lid with one or two layers of adhesive tape. Used boxes are recycled — sending them carefully helps us with recycling. Thank you! - Shipping address:

Once we receive your exchange parcel, we will process the exchange within 14 days and send you the new items you selected.
How to return products

How to file a product complaint
Have you used your Mioora products for a while but feel they are not performing as expected? You can file a complaint following this guide. We provide a standard 2-year warranty.

Once we receive your complaint parcel, you will receive our response within 30 days. Depending on the defect, we will either repair the product or send a new one.
