Orders & Delivery

Where do you ship orders?
We deliver across the entire European Union — not just within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also to other countries like Germany, Austria, and Italy.

Which carriers do you use?
For Czech and Slovak deliveries, we work with trusted carriers: DPD, Zásilkovna, GLS. For international shipments, local courier services may handle delivery depending on the destination country, for example Hermes or GLS in Germany etc.

How long does delivery take?

• Czech Republic / Slovakia: usually 1–3 business days,

• EU countries: approximately 2–5 business days from dispatch.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.

How can I find out the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is automatically displayed in the cart after entering your delivery address and selection of the relevant state.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Payment

Which payment methods are available?
You can pay online by card or via bank transfer. Available payment options are shown during checkout.

When will my order start being processed?
Processing begins immediately after payment is received or the order is confirmed.

Can I return or exchange items?

How long does it take to process a return?
Typically a few business days from when the package is received at our warehouse.
