Usva Soap Nordic Detox 100 g

The gentle Nordic Detox soap is suitable for all skin types, especially for skin prone to imperfections and oily skin. Soap thoroughly cleans hands, body, and face without drying out the skin, and thanks to its richly foaming formula, washing with it is pleasant. Soap enriched with Finnish ingredients is designed for daily use and supports skin exposed to the challenging conditions of the dry and variable Nordic climate.

Effectively cleansing activated charcoal binds impurities, dirt, and excess oil. Finnish sea buckthorn oil supports the skin's protective barrier and, thanks to antioxidants, contributes to the good condition of cells, while the extract from Finnish birch leaves soothes the skin and maintains its natural moisture balance. The soap retains the naturally occurring glycerin from the cold process method, which draws moisture into the skin and leaves it soft.

The pH of true soap is always slightly alkaline. The pH of Usva soaps varies between individual pieces and is approximately in the range of 8.5 to 9.5.

When soap dries, a thin layer of soap ash can sometimes form on the surface.

It is harmless and does not affect usage. Soap scum disappears after the first use.

Key Ingredients

Activated Charcoal

Microscopic pores act as an absorbent surface for impurities and excess substances, gently yet effectively cleansing the skin.

Thanks to this, the soap removes impurities and excess skin oil while giving the product its natural deep black color.

Birch Leaf Extract

Extract from Finnish birch leaves contains bioactive compounds, such as flavonoids and phenolic molecules, which support the natural physiological balance of the skin. The extract supports skin elasticity, cellular health, and metabolism while helping to maintain the skin's natural moisture balance.

Sea Buckthorn Oil

Omega-7 and omega-3 fatty acids, flavonoids, and vitamin E from Finnish sea buckthorn support the regeneration of skin cells and strengthen the skin's natural protective barrier. The oil helps reduce damage caused by environmental stressors and leaves the skin revitalized.

Shea Butter

Shea butter is particularly nourishing and caring for the skin. It is rich in triterpene alcohols, which support skin elasticity and combat the loss of collagen and elastin in the skin.

Castor Oil

It contains a high amount of ricinoleic acid, which gives the soap unique moisturizing and emulsifying properties. The oil creates a gentle, creamy foam and effectively cleanses the skin without disrupting its natural lipid barrier.

Usage: Lather the soap in wet hands and apply the foam to the skin. Subsequently, rinse with clean water. Keep the soap dry between uses.

Storage

Store soap on a waterproof surface.

Bar soap is hygienic, remains solid, and does not crumble if you let it dry between uses. 

It is best to store natural cosmetics in a cooler and dry place.

Do not expose it to direct sunlight or frost. Sunlight can degrade it or shorten its expiration date. At the same time, when using cosmetics, follow hygiene recommendations, such as using a cosmetic spatula to scoop products from jars, always closing products after use, and keeping the edges of bottles clean. Keep out of reach of children. Store the soap in a dry place between uses.

However, do not use even natural cosmetics on open wounds. This product is not intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any disease. In case of eye contact, rinse for at least 15 minutes with lukewarm water from the inner corner to the outer corner. In case you wear contact lenses, remove them before rinsing. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice. Before the first use, it is recommended to perform the so-called patch test, i.e. apply and test the cosmetic product for its tolerance on a small area of the skin, preferably on the wrist, and wait 24 hours. This method can prevent the onset of allergic reactions and hypersensitivity to the given product. If an allergic reaction occurs after application, wash the skin surface with lukewarm water. Stop using the product immediately. If the allergic reaction persists for an extended period, seek medical assistance.
